Need a Blog Writer that Can Implement These 7 Crucial Elements?

Blog writing has evolved into much more than just a personal accounting of someone’s day, their trip, or even their hobbies; it’s turned into the top way to market your company. Blog posts, when done consistently and creatively, can foster an environment where readers can learn about your products or services quickly and with as much information as possible - without dragging on and on and on....

In fact, more and more corporatons are turning to blogs, and blog writers, to reflect their voice for their business. A well-written and informative blog can do wonders for your client-base and potenial clients or customers looking for what you have to offer. However, what you include in a blog post is vastly important and should include 7 elements.

Below, is a blog post I wrote for a dental office company in the U.S.A. Once I finished the blog, with target-rich SEO keywords, I posted it on their blog, and then a social media specialist added it to all of their social media accounts, to get traffic and interest in the dental office. Can you spot the 7 elements I have included?

Can Dental Sealants Really Prevent Cavities?

There are many preventative services to help stave off decay and cavities. Dental sealants have shown a promising result for the reduction of decay, from the result of bacteria that eats away the dentin. Here are some benefits to dental sealants that can prevent cavities.

1. Effectively creates a protective barrier from bacteria and plaque from forming
2. Can be applied in one short visit
3. Protects teeth from acid, such as from foods, beverages, and saliva
4. Safe treatment
5. Can stop decay in its earliest stages, in effect, sealing the bacteria inside, preventing it from turning into a cavity that would need a restoration
6. Lasts years and can potentially save from getting future dental work

Applying dental sealants is an easy process. First, the dentist or a dental assistant, thoroughly cleans and prepares the teeth being sealed. We then apply the sealants to the surface of the teeth, where it bonds with the enamel. A special light is then applied to “cure” the sealant, which hardens it; this prevents saliva or anything else from washing it away.

After having sealants applied, there are some things to be aware of and do to ensure the stability of dental sealants in [city], [state]. For one thing, even though dental sealants typically stay on for years, there are factors that can play into the length of duration. Regular dentist visits are important to schedule, so Dr. [doctor_name] can check and ensure the sealants are still viable. Just because you have sealants does not mean you can slack on brushing and flossing either.

The post was only about 300 words, but it conveyed everything it needed to reach the intended audience. You can see there were these elements: the product, 5 keywords placed in the best possible places, benefits to dental sealants, informative content about sealants, the practice name, (and doctor in this case) and location, and a call-to-action at the end of the post. You will also notice an interesting and engaging title to help draw readers in, which is just as important as the blog post itself. If you don’t have a catchy or at least an interesting title, very few will want to read what you have to say.
